Having "A Case Of The Mondays" but it's Tuesday!!

I wake up this morning to my husband's theory thinking that the “Jetson’s” were onto something good and wishing that a machine would just pick us up out of bed, pop us in the shower, brush our teeth, do our hair and "my" makeup :), and get us out the door...well it turned into “NOT the Jetson’s” theory at all! UGH!

Our dog Sadie decided instead of going potty she’s going to take a joy run around the neighborhood, which is clearly not what I wanted her to do! I had to go find her in my car and pick her up...I find her chasing birds about 10 housed down from ours in the pouring Washington rain....so needless to say my front seat looks like “dog paw city”! Finally I get her in the house, tell her she's a "bad Sadie" and I'm out the door to work.

Then I realize I need gas...I'm completely on E and my gas buzzer keeps buzzing at me. I pull into the gas station and can't find my bank card anywhere....come to find out my husband has my bank card in his wallet at work, which does me no good at all sitting in the gas station parking lot. He lost his bank card while we were out a few weeks ago & we've been switching on and off when needed....I never carry cash so that's not an option! I remember "oh yeah we just got his new bank card in the mail yesterday" so I call and activate it real quick and go to use it....DECLINED....WTF!! I call the bank only to find out that I have to use it as a "credit" because it takes it awhile to activate the “debit” usage on the card. Okay so I get gas using it as a "credit" and I’m now on my way to work.

I get to work super duper LATE and someone comes in to tell me that my front tire looks low and I might need to put some air in it. (another big sigh!)

So I decide I need some much needed coffee....I go into the kitchen at my office, get my favorite “Jackson Hole” coffee mug


I put my creamer in....however the creamer ends up all over the counter instead of in my cup...apparently the round opening on my cup was too small for me to see this morning (what a mess) R-E-A-L-L-Y!

OMG...definitely feels like a Monday, but it’s only Tuesday! Keeping my fingers crossed that the rest of the day goes smoothly.

Our Humping Obsessed Dog

So….here’s one of my “Is this really happening” moments….last night I’m cleaning the house getting ready for my Scentsy party Wednesday night and I hear all this banging coming from the spare bedroom. I go in there kind of slowly thinking what the heck could be in there….we only use this room when Austin is staying with us…..so I push the door open and step back a bit just in case….and what do I see….our dog Sadie humping the crap out of my giant white bear.





James got me a giant white bear for Valentines Day a few years back and I love it, super soft & cuddly. I keep it in Austin’s room on the bed….and well it seems Sadie has found it….and made it her girlfriend. The problem here is that Sadie is a girl….so she lacks the parts to be humping in the first place. What is she thinking? So I get her out of the room and look at my favorite giant white bear….only to see that the hair around her eyes is missing and she’s completely wet….either Sadie chewed on the bear to show it who was boss….or my poor bear has been crying from this “Sadie Abuse”….crazy dog! So I go on with my cleaning and I hear it again…yes….again….Sadie has found her way back into the room and is humping the crap out of the giant white bear again….the headboard is hitting the wall so hard…bang, bang, bang! I yell…”Sadie Stop”….she just looks at me like I’m crazy and tucks the bear under her and continues humping. YUCK!





So it seems there’s nothing I can do but keep the door closed and her out of there. This morning I wake up and go to let our three pups all outside to go potty…..Sadie again finds her way into the spare bedroom and again is humping the bear….oh my we have a humping obsessed dog on our hands. At least she got one round in with her girlfriend before I left….my dog is a lesbian! (assuming that my special giant white bear is a girl) :)




I wonder….do I setup a video camera and tape the action while we are away? I mean it is pretty funny! LOL….sick mind I suppose.

Let's see just to start a little about me....my name is Jenn....I'm married to a great man named James....we have a son named Austin, three dogs and two fish. My favorite color is pink and I try to buy something pink each time I go shopping. I love my husband, my parents, my family, my friends and especially pumpkin spice lattes!

My passion is Hawaii....or basically anywhere that is sunny most the year. I dream to be a "blue hair" in Hawaii or Florida some day with my husband & of course we'll have matching little rascals to get us around :)
